Off-loading of America...

Why do we allow our jobs to be off loaded to other countries? These are not low paying, no benefits jobs. They are some of the best jobs this country had to offer! Everything is way out of control! Companies are so eager for profits they will do anything to get them. Instead of thinking of new and better ways to streamline their operations and save money, the first reaction is to offload. Well, when all the good jobs are overseas who is going to buy all the products being made?
Someone want to explain to me just how this is supposed to work?
